Manuscripts

The University Archives currently has 163 manuscript collections. These collections range from these of faculty members to Deaf individuals to Deaf organizations. Our most recent additions include records of the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf, the Louis M. Balfour Papers and the Frances M. Parsons Papers.

Each collection has a register provided online. Each register includes a biographical/historical sketch, a scope and content description, a folder index, a brief listing of other related materials, and for particularly large collections, series descriptions are also included.

Note: While we list some related materials in each register, we do not include comprehensive listings and it is strongly urged that you also do a search in ALADIN for related materials.
